Upon receiving your Goods, it is essential to promptly examine them to ensure:
i. They correspond to your order; and
ii. They are free from any damage or defects.
If either of these conditions is not met, it is advisable to contact Taurus-Global Pty Ltd within 2 days of receiving your goods. We’ll repair faulty goods under a manufacturer’s warranty. If unrepairable, we’ll replace the item.
When returning the goods:
i. Provide your proof of purchase.
ii. In the case of returning Goods due to a change of mind, Taurus Global Pty Ltd requires the goods to be in a “re-saleable” condition as determined by them. In case you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product within a 7-day window from the date of receipt. To initiate the return process, it’s necessary to notify your designated product expert within this 7-day timeframe. The products should be returned in original, unused condition and must be packaged in their original box, along with all the included materials such as manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories. Additionally, the products must be without any cosmetic damage. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the product being ineligible for return or subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges incurred from our warehouse are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning a product.
Please be aware that special order merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective.
