Package A plus closed wall panels with factory-installed windows.
Closed wall panels
Wall panels assembled off site on a light gauge steel frame, then closed with the insulation, sheathing, cladding and windows your project specifies. Panels are delivered with identification for sequenced installation.
Closed wall panels move more of the wall build into a controlled factory setting. Each panel is assembled to approved shop drawings, identified with a panel ID, inspected before dispatch and protected for transport.
What a closed panel can include
- Light gauge steel frame detailed to your structural design
- Cavity insulation as specified
- Sheathing and weather membrane
- External cladding, prefinished or ready for finishing
- Factory-installed windows and doors where specified
How we scope a closed panel package
Every project starts with your drawings. We confirm the wall build-up, interfaces with the slab, roof and adjoining panels, transport and crane access, and site joints before a written quotation is issued.
Confirm against project requirements
These depend on your site, design and engineering. We confirm each one before quoting; nothing here is a general approval or certification.
- Wind region and terrain category for the site
- Number of storeys and structural design by the project engineer
- Fire separation and bushfire attack level (BAL) requirements
- Water management and weatherproofing details at panel joints
- Materials and configuration of the wall build-up
