Qualifying manufacturers
We work with manufacturing partners we have assessed for capability, quality systems and documentation. Products are produced to approved shop drawings and your project specification — not to a generic catalogue standard.
Checking against your specification
Before production, we confirm the specification, materials and configuration in writing. Where evidence such as test reports or certificates is relevant, we check that it applies to the exact product and configuration being supplied, and state its scope clearly.
Traceability
- Each closed panel is given an ID linked to its shop drawing
- Pre-shipment inspection with photo records
- Packing and loading sequenced to your installation order
- Records retained for the project
Country of origin
Products may be manufactured in Australia or overseas. Country of origin is stated accurately in quotations and product documentation, and on product information wherever required.
What we don't claim
We don't describe products as "compliant", "certified" or "tested" unless documented evidence supports that statement for the specific product and application. Compliance for your project is determined by your engineer and building surveyor.
