This policy explains how [Legal entity to be confirmed] trading as Taurus Global (ABN [ABN to be confirmed]), part of Ouson Group, handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Business contact details (name, company, position, email, phone, ABN), project details and drawings you send, and records of our communications. We collect only what we need to quote, supply and support your projects.
How we use it
- To prepare and follow up quotations and supply your projects
- To assess partnership applications
- To send product and project updates, only if you opt in. Every message includes an unsubscribe option, as required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in Ouson Group's customer management system, with access limited by business and role. Drawings are stored in private storage and are never published. The website keeps a temporary encrypted copy of a submission only until it has been delivered to our customer system.
Who we share it with
Staff working on your project, and manufacturing or logistics partners only to the extent needed to quote or supply. We do not share Taurus Global customer or project information with OULUXE Australia, and we do not contact your clients.
Overseas disclosure
Where products are manufactured overseas, project drawings and specifications may be shared with the manufacturer. We share the minimum needed and do not share your clients' personal details.
