How we use it
Only to quote, design, supply and support your project. We do not market to your clients, approach homeowners or developers whose details reach us through your projects, or use your drawings for anyone else's work.
Within Ouson Group
Taurus Global is part of Ouson Group. OULUXE Australia, the group's residential builder, operates separately and has no access to Taurus Global customer, project or pricing records — in our systems, on this website or through any staff account. Access inside Taurus Global is limited to the people working on your project.
Staff access and records
Enquiries are stored in Ouson Group's customer system with role-based access by business. Website administrators cannot see enquiry contents. Access to customer records is logged.
Contractual backing
Confidentiality and non-circumvention terms are included in our trade terms and can be set out in a project-specific agreement on request.
