Our full trade terms are provided with every quotation. This page summarises how they work. Owner input required: final terms, warranty allocation and returns policy.
Quotations
Each quotation states the scope, price, inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, validity period, delivery terms (including incoterms and transport responsibility where relevant) and warranty allocation for that project.
Substitutions
We do not substitute products without your written approval.
Confidentiality and non-circumvention
We keep your drawings, client information and pricing confidential, and we do not approach your clients. See builder confidentiality.
Returns and defects
Made-to-order building systems cannot generally be returned. Defects are handled under the warranty and defect terms in your quotation and the Australian Consumer Law.
