Product information policy

We hold ourselves to a simple rule: we only publish a technical claim when evidence supports it for the exact product and application.

Evidence status

• Approved for publication — a technical approver has checked the information against a named source, with an effective date and review date.
• Under review — information is being checked.
• Not verified — general information only.

Documents

Public documents show their revision and review date. When evidence expires or is withdrawn, the document is removed from public access automatically.

Claims we avoid

We don't use words like "compliant", "certified", "tested" or "suitable for any Australian home" without supporting evidence, and we don't publish guaranteed lead times. Testimonials are published only with permission and only when genuine.

Images

We show images only where we hold the rights, and label whether they show a diagram, rendering, prototype, factory trial or completed installation.
