The OULUXE External Wall System: project-specific panelised external walls, engineered and assessed for each building rather than sold as a generic cladding product.
External walls as an engineered package
The OULUXE External Wall System is a coordinated panelised assembly assessed for each project — not a universal certified wall, and not interchangeable with standalone LGS studs or generic cladding sheets.
- Before acceptance: wall build-up, NCC building class, wind and BAL, evidence of suitability, fire and water performance, and opening interfaces are reviewed.
- Panel to slab: anchor design, installation tolerance, base flashing, drainage and temporary support.
- Panel to panel: joint geometry, differential movement, seals, weather paths and performance continuity.
- Panel to roof: load paths, roof junction, thermal movement and roof drainage.
No assumed fire resistance level. No universal NCC approval. Project-specific engineering, certification and tested-system evidence come before any approved use.
